Modern barnhouse with a safety room made of SIP panels, 261 sq.m.

This is a single-story house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study, a laundry room, a large living room connected to the kitchen, and a multifunctional terrace. However, the most interesting room in the house is the utility room. It serves a dual purpose: besides its primary function, it will also serve as a shelter during air alerts. That’s why this room will be constructed with 300 mm thick concrete and triple reinforcement.

The rest of the house will be made from SIP panels: 200/160/120 mm for walls and 220 mm for the roof. The house was designed in conjunction with a garage, both sharing the same color scheme and connected by a pergola. The main entrance to the house is also designed along the garage. A defining element of the complex is a pool, which the house wraps around from two sides.
