This allows to build quickly, economically and with minimal impact on the environment.
The SIP panel consists of two oriented strand boards (OSB), between which a layer of solid insulation - polystyrene foam (EPS) is glued under pressure. The panels become both the structure of the house and the first layer of insulation. Our panels are made exclusively from Austrian components and have quality certificates. Including in the EU.
Energy efficiency
Houses made of SIP panels have high thermal insulation. This reduces heating costs by up to 60%, reduces carbon emissions and improves the environmental situation.
Speed of construction
Speed of construction Thanks to fast installation, a house made of SIP panels can be erected in a period of up to six months. Traditional methods will not provide such efficiency. The speed of construction reduces the total costs and allows you to clearly plan the arrangement of the house.
Strength and durability
Houses made of SIP panels are resistant to earthquakes, fire and moisture, which ensures their durability and reliability. Panels do not require a massive foundation and are not prone to shrinkage. Ecopan uses exclusively glued timber to prevent deformation and extraneous sounds in the house.
Environmental friendliness
Ecopan adheres to the goals of sustainable development and contributes to the preservation of the environment. SIP panels are made from certified, ecological materials. They smell like wood, so living in such a house is pleasant, comfortable and safe.
Before starting the installation of SIP panels, Ecopan carries out a number of preparatory works. Among them:
Installation of Ecopan SIP panels is carried out in several stages:
The house made of SIP panels does not shrink, so after the installation of the panels, you can immediately carry out interior and exterior finishing works.
Ecopan does not limit the customer in the choice of finishing materials, type of heating and engineering networks.
Installation of Ecopan SIP panels is carried out in several stages:
Installation of the lower harness
The lower strapping from the calibrated beam is attached to the foundation with the help of anchors. It serves as a basis for fastening panels.
Installation of wall panels
The panels are installed on the lower strapping and are connected to each other with the help of key joints and special fasteners.
Glued dry calibrated timber is used to connect the panels, which ensures strength and tightness of the structure.
The panels are fastened together with self-tapping screws and sealant to achieve maximum insulation.
Installation of ceilings
Overlaps between floors are made using SIP panels or other suitable materials.
Installation of ceilings is carried out similarly to installation of wall panels, ensuring strength and insulation.
Installation of the roof
SIP-panels are also used for arranging the roof. They provide good thermal insulation and strength.
The roof panels are mounted on the upper strapping and are connected to each other in the same way as the wall panels.
After the installation of panels is completed, finishing works are carried out:
Exterior decoration
External walls are decorated with various materials, including siding, plaster, wood or stone cladding. Installation of windows and doors is carried out.
SIP technology from Ecopan is a fast, efficient and cost-effective solution for building modern energy-efficient buildings. By choosing it, you get a strong, reliable and comfortable home.
Interior decoration
Internal walls are lined with plasterboard or other finishing materials. They also install engineering systems: electricity supply, water supply, sewage, heating and ventilation systems.
Ecopan has more than 15 years of experience in the production and construction of SIP panels.
The main element of SIP is a high-tech building material that consists of two wooden boards and insulation between them. Due to their properties, SIP panels significantly speed up the construction process, ensure high energy efficiency and minimize negative impact on the environment.
