Stylish two-storey house made of SIP panels, 270,7 sq.m.

A spacious, comfortable, and stylish house that accommodates 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office, dressing rooms, a spacious living room combined with a kitchen and large terrace.

The two-story house is located on a hill, with the entrance and bedrooms on the upper level, while the recreational area with a large panoramic window and access to a large terrace is on the lower level.

This zoning allows for separating loud and quiet areas. The entrance to the house can also be made through the lower level, so we designed outdoor stairs that connect the upper level of the plot with the lower (terrace), which also serves as an aesthetic accent to the landscape.

In addition, the second floor is divided into several levels using changes in floor height. This allowed us to increase the height of the overall room located below.

The minimalist facade solutions and their illumination emphasize the forms of the house and allow for a clear reading of the volumes and their significance.

The massiveness of the house is leveled by the glazing of the rooms, the height difference of the landscape, light facade materials, terrace construction, and simplicity of forms. We aimed to create a harmonious space where each element emphasizes the functionality and aesthetic value of the house.
