A private house with a basement and an attic floor. The total area is 138.6 m² (excluding the basement). Designed for a married couple, whose children with their families frequently visit.

On the first floor, there is a spacious master bedroom of 17 m² and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower – 7.8 m². A separate utility room of 7.3 m² is provided, partially under the stairs. The kitchen, dining area, and living room form a shared space for entertaining guests. A fireplace and large panoramic windows add warmth and coziness.

The attic floor features two mirror-image bedrooms of 15.3 m² each and a shared bathroom of 5.3 m². The double-height ceiling reduces the living area but visually adds more height, airiness, and natural light to the house.

On the sunny side, there is a large open terrace. A canopy at the entrance to the house also covers a separate entrance to the basement.
