Private house with a pitched roof made of SIP panels, 260,3 sq.m.

BEYONDE is a private house located on the left bank of Kiev, designed using SIP technology and supported by screw pile foundations. It is situated in a picturesque and tranquil area surrounded by forests, offering incredible views.

The primary request from the client was for a house with a single-pitched roof, high ceilings in the living area, and an open terrace that would connect the interior space with the outdoor area. Additionally, the orientation of the rooms with respect to sunlight throughout the day was a key consideration. During the planning and discussions, it was decided to include a winter terrace, a park area near the house, and a basement.

Since this house was specifically designed for the clients and their lifestyle, unconventional solutions were used for the kitchen, master block, and technical zone.

The stylistic reference point was the Newberg residence in Oregon designed by Cutler Anderson Architects, which aimed to merge the house with its surrounding environment. This goal was successfully achieved in our project as well.

This project expanded our stylistic horizons and allowed us to enhance our skills in working with complex landscapes while taking into account all the client’s wishes and local characteristics.

Going into more detail about the house, it consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room combined with the kitchen. The terrace features a hot tub, a relaxation area, and a fireplace.
