A single-story house of 230 m² was designed for a family with two children. The well-thought-out layout, including all necessary rooms, ensures a comfortable living experience. The focal point of the house is the kitchen-living room with a fireplace area, featuring large panoramic windows that create a sense of lightness and offer a beautiful view of the inner courtyard. The master suite and children’s rooms are separately located, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closets. The technical rooms are grouped together in a separate area with an additional entrance from the street. The varying ceiling heights, terraces, and a carport contribute to the house’s unique and distinctive appearance.
