First of all – the living area is 33.6 m2, which consists of a living room with space for a comfortable sofa and projector screen, and a kitchen with space for cooking and a table for six people. Secondly – a night area with two bedrooms of 10.8 m2 and 12.8 m2. In addition, there is a spacious terrace of 24.2 m2 from which you can go down directly to the pool.
The general concept of the house is minimalism in form and materials, which is why the total volume is white, with an accent of wood in one place.
