Project number:

201 - KRU

This project was designed for a young family with a child, aiming to combine comfort, functionality, and natural aesthetics. The house features a well-thought-out L-shaped layout, which clearly separates the living spaces into sleeping and relaxation zones, providing comfort and coziness for every family member.

The architectural solution includes two bedrooms, a spacious home office, two bathrooms, a large living room combined with the kitchen, and technical rooms. The living room has direct access to a terrace with a picturesque view of the plot and the nearby forest.

One of the key elements of the project is the roof: in the relaxation area, it forms an atrium that adds space and light, while above the bedrooms, there is an attic for additional storage.

The facade is finished with a combination of plaster and thermowood, creating a modern and warm appearance. The visual focus is on the terrace and entrance area, which harmoniously blend into the overall concept of the house, seamlessly integrating the architecture with the surrounding natural landscape.
