The complex of two main buildings on the lakefront creates a modern and comfortable retreat. The layout and positioning of the houses provide a private inner space with a swimming pool and a picturesque view of the lake.

Taking into account the movement of the sun, the windows of the living rooms are oriented to the east and west to prevent overheating. The swimming pool is designed to make the most of solar heat, while the roofs of the buildings are planned for the installation of solar panels with optimal orientation.

The separate placement of the sauna and barbecue area allows for a clear division between lively recreation and the main living space, ensuring peace and tranquility.

Summer Kitchen

The 130.9 m² building is divided into three functional areas, each designed for maximum comfort:

• The enclosed area includes a relaxation room, sauna, and auxiliary facilities.
• The intermediate area, which features a barbecue, kitchen, and dining area, has two panoramic glass walls. Thanks to large terrace doors, this space can easily be merged with the outdoor environment.
• The open area consists of a combination of covered and open terraces, as well as a movable terrace that extends over the pool.

This configuration allows for a seamless integration of interior and exterior spaces, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable outdoor experience.

Exterior Design

The exterior of the complex is carefully planned and executed in a unified architectural style, creating a modern and cohesive appearance. The harmonious combination of the facade, roofing, terraces, and panoramic glazing enhances the sense of comfort in the surrounding space.

The well-designed open area includes a swimming pool, alpine rock garden, sports court, open fire pit, and a shoreline with a pontoon, giving the complex a complete and refined aesthetic.
