The duplex was designed in the style of minimalism. This is a convenient and economical solution for two families, whether friends or relatives. The project provides for the division of the building into two independent halves: each of the families has separate entrances, garages, terraces for recreation. Each section has three bedrooms with access to the balcony. One of them is designed with an individual dressing room and bathroom. The house has all the functional components for a comfortable stay.
