The team at ECOPAN has started the construction of a 165m2 SIP house in Germany.

This house is the epitome of rationality and comfort. It is economical, functional, the internal layout provides the maximum use of space. The house is designed for the comfortable stay of a family of 5 people.

In the project on the first level, the day area is clearly defined. Here there is a spacious kitchen, living room, study, dressing room, and bathroom. The kitchen and spacious living room are in perfect combination with the dining room, where large glazed windows allow the owners of the house to enjoy the beautiful scenery during the dinners and dinners. The project provides an exit from the living room to the terrace with a pergola, which gives some additional level of comfort.

For cars, there is an attached garage and carport. The awning can be used not only as a parking space but also as a terrace for recreation.

Also one of the important advantages of our project is two-level children’s rooms, in which play and sleeping areas are separated. The children’s rooms are located on the second level of the house.

The main feature of the project is the semi-basement floor, which is used as a separate apartment, with its entrance! The design of the apartment provides a free layout, panoramic windows, separate exit to the terrace and the site. Also on the floor, there is a technical room (laundry room and boiler room).
