A private residential house for a single family. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a walk-in closet, utility rooms, and a large living room with a fireplace. The project was developed for western regions of Ukraine, so we chose a specific roof shape, color palette, and materials. The main feature of this design is an open terrace that also serves as a porch. We decided to place the house in the back of the plot so that the main area faces the street. At the entrance, there is a carport and a utility building, and on the side, there is a pergola with a barbecue area. The “G”-shaped layout of the house creates an internal courtyard and makes the plot more private. In the floor plan, we separated two bedroom blocks: the master block with a separate bathroom and walk-in closet, separated by a utility room from the second bedroom, which can serve as a children’s room or guest room.
