The concept provides for optimal use of materials and maximum simplification of construction. After all, the dimensions of the walls are adopted in accordance with the standard dimensions of the panels, which reduces the volume of waste. The project also uses unified window sizes that correspond to the optimal ratio of price and volume of materials
