The main principles of creating a concept of modular housing:
– comfortable housing unification;
– adaptability;
– possibility of scaling;
Modules can be easily combined with each other. This simplifies and speeds up their combination and construction in the future.
Four basic modules, which are combined into blocks, create an opportunity for living both two people and six. In addition, the internal content of each can change, depending on the needs of specific residents: the common room is larger or smaller, one bedroom is enough, or a children’s room is still needed. Adaptability is achieved by these methods. It is modularity that makes it possible to adapt such housing to any site.
Scaling is achieved by the possibility of creating a section, by increasing the required number of blocks. These sections can have different shapes and be combined into one floor, two and three floors.
