Modular houses are dwelling units assembled from special factory-made modules (or so-called sections). Each section has its purpose, and in the complex, they form a single structure, no different from a traditional house.
In a simplified view of this principle of construction, we can note the similarity of modular technology with the well-known LEGO constructor – taken as a basic standard solution allows you to create optimal designs of residential buildings, increase their area, changing the functionality of the rooms.
Large components of modular buildings are carried out taking into account all the technological and architectural regulations, as well as the wishes of the customer. Work at the construction site is limited to pouring the foundation and connecting to utilities.
