HUT is a small, compact house, total area 27.3 m2 (including an additional sleeping place under the roof) + 2.3 m2 terrace.
Functional, because it contains a living room of 12.0 m2, a kitchen of 4.0 m2 and a bathroom of 3.4 m2. On the mezzanine there is a sleeping place of 7.9 m2.
The appearance is as concise as possible. After all, the house was designed as a universal module. Whether it’s a stand-alone house that can be placed anywhere, or a guest house addition to an existing estate.
For our SIP panels, we use OSB Egger, PSB-S-25 (HIRSCH Porozell), glued timber 30/60 mm
External walls: SIP 160mm;
Internal load-bearing walls: SIP 160mm;
Interior partitions: SIP 120mm;
Roof: SIP 200mm;
Floor: SIP 200mm;
Facade decoration: wooden plank (mineral wool insulation 50mm), seam (mineral wool insulation 50mm);
Windows: Rehau, 5-chamber Ecosol 70 profile, energy-saving double-glazed windows (or similar)
