– Layout of buildings on the site (situational plan at a scale of 1:2000 or 1:1500; master plan diagram at a scale of 1:500 or 1:1000);
– Sketch plan (EP) (explanatory note; floor plans, explication of premises; sections; facades; diagrams of foundations nodes; roof diagrams; specifications of window and door openings; diagrams, nodes of principle solutions of roofs, pergolas, and other summer premises; facade finish sketch; visualization of the object);
– Structural solutions – concrete structures – design bureau (foundation plan; sections of the foundation; bill of materials);
– Construction solutions – wooden structures – CD (panel cutting; panel layout; layout of beams; node diagrams);
– Engineering section (HVAC – heating, ventilation, air conditioning, EOM – electrical networks and lighting; WC – water supply and sewage; SCS – Internet, telephone, computer network);
– Design project (visualization of the main functional areas; scan walls, a list of finishes; interior decoration, a specification of decors; ceiling plan, a list of ceiling finish; floor plan, a list of floor finish; lighting plan and specification of lighting fixtures; specification of furniture and interior items; specification and drawings of individual interior items; list of doors).
