Plots with uneven landscape and high differences in elevation, as a rule, look very picturesque, but it is not so easy to build a house on them.
The design of this manor houses our architects have developed especially for such a case. We not only took into account all the features of the landscape but also used it as efficiently as possible. The basement, which is half a basement and on the other side of the house has a separate entrance, accommodates not only all the household premises but also a full studio that can be used for your favorite hobby or as a gym.
This project is perfect for a multigenerational family. On the first floor, for example, we have a bedroom for the grandmother, and on the second floor would be comfortable for a young family with children. As an option, from the bedroom on the first floor, you can make an office.
