HUT is small and hot: the house is compact, the total area is 29 m2 (including an additional sleeping place under the roof) plus a 2.3 m2 terrace. Functional, because in addition to the living room with kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, it has a sauna of 5.2 m2. The appearance is as laconic as possible. After all, the house was designed as a universal module. Be it a stand-alone house that can be placed anywhere, or an addition in the form of a guest house on already existing estate. Technically, it is equipped with an air conditioner, ceramic panels for heating the house, an electric stone with the effect of a Finnish sauna.
